Your image file is corrupt. The last Photoshop version can not open it.

I've opened it with notepad, this is the first line:
II* Ô WANG TIFF  ¼ Title: Author: Subject: Keywords: Comments: T i t l e : A u t h o r : S u b j e c t : K e y w o r d

Any ideas?

This file is simply invalid. We can't do nothing to repair it.
