Difference in site/dev license when distributing

Hi, we would like to purchase a license for GdViewer OCX. We're developing for one site. We're considering either a site license or a license for 4 or 5 developers. My question is: is there a difference between these types of licences when distributing the component? For the site license, I would think I can simply use that one to unlock the component in my software. But how does that work with the per developer license? Are they separate keys for each developer? Which key would I then use in my software? Btw I read the faq and license agreement, but I'm unable to figure it out from there. Thanks.
