We have multiple versions of GdPicture, but the version I am referring to here is specifically GdPicture 12.0.35 Ultimate.

As part of a recent development (to replace Adobe as our embedded PDF viewer), we have chosen to use GDViewer instead. However we are getting some licencing errors and I don't know whether these are erroneous, or related to the version we have purchased.

Whenever we view a PDF for the first time on a PC licenced for GdPicture development, we get three licencing errors one after another saying the following features have not been unlocked.

• Raster image & metafile viewing
  GdPicture PDF Viewer
  GdPicture XML / Annotations

Is this correct as we were under the impression these all came as part of Ultimate, but correct me if I'm mistaken.

If it IS erroneous, how can this be corrected please?

With Ultimate you should have access to everything you previously mentioned.
