I want to select more than one Annotation at the same time in GdPicture11.GdViewer.
If there is such a function. What to use the command?

Unfortunately no, there is no way to select multiple annotations at the same time.

Do we have this feature already? If yes, please let me know how. I need to allow the user to select multi regions and move them together. If not available yet, can you add in the roadmap. Thanks

Unfortunately, the multi-selection of GdPicture XMP annotations is still not available.
I will update you as soon as I will have answers from the development team if we are going to investigate this feature.
