I have a question to ask.

If there are two or more barcode on the A4 papers , and their position are random.

Maybe on the left and right or only on left have barcodes.

Which barcode will be recognized when i setROI is A4 size and use _oGdPictureImaging.Barcode1DReaderDoScan(ImageID) method.

I am not 100% sure i understand you perfectly, here is what I got, and if I am incorrect please do correct me:
You want the barcode reader to recognize all the barcodes in a page that is a size A4 if you set the ROI to be the whole page size, meaning A4.
If that is the case it will recognize all the barcodes in the image.
