Just trying to use an assembly that was built on a licensed dev machine on another dev machine. We are getting the following message at runtime.

Please install GdPicture.Net package on your computer for development purposes

- license agreement
Error code 5

No build is being performed on the non-licensed dev machine. Any chance this is caused by the assembly includes debug?

This usually happens when a debugger is attached to the process, this is because each developer that needs to work with GdPicture.NET needs the SDK properly installed and a developer license.
