Docuvieware lite tif files view

Good Morning

We have a Docuvieware lite license and We can view jps and pdf with out problem. but when we try to view a tif image We obtain the message

"Image Processing: This option has not been unloked! Pleaso unlock it width a trial or comercial license key...."".

this is a license error ?
