Document print as pdf problem

Hi,
we're using your DocumentViewer in a .net MVC project. The version is the latest.. The problem is that, when printing the document having selected the "Print as PDF" option, it gives this error
<Error>
<Message>An error has occurred.</Message>
</Error>
Have you some tip?

Could you check you are on the latest release?

If the problem persists with it please open a ticket into our helpdesk by providing the input document used. Please also specify if the issue occurs in a particular browser. You should be also interesed in testing our online demo version here: http://www.docuvieware-demo.com

I've tried on the online demo application but it seems to work fine... may be a license problem?

May I ask you to create a ticket on the support platform? This way we would be able to have a look at your license and verify there are no license issue.
