Hi,

I am trying to display PNG file in my application using DocuVieware. For a particular file (size - 27MB), image is not coming up. It says 'Unsupported File Format'.
I have tested different sizes of PNG files. All are displaying properly. What can be the issue with that particular image.

Could you send me the input image, please?
This issue could be caused by a non-PNG image that had its extension changed by ".PNG". But I need to have the image to investigate it on my side to figure out what causes the issue.
