Error in GdPicture.NET.10.image.gdimgplug.dll

Hello

I have the error:

Thanks for contacting us.

As GdPicture V10 is fairly dated now it is very likely the issue has since been addressed and fixed since then and published in our latest release V14.1.185:

If you could try this I would highly recommend it.

If you cannot, given the information you have provided this could be related to any number of things such as a bug internally on our end or issues on the scanner side, document specific or else.
I would not be able to assist you further with such a dated version but if you would like to explore this in our current version if the issue persists then please let me know and we can troubleshoot this on our end.
