We have a multitenant application and each client has a different database and separate storage for images. A customer reported that Docuviewer was displaying an incorrect first page and the user navigate to the next page and then went back to the first page displaying the correct first page.

Note: Each time the user clicks the "View Image" button, the image will be loaded onto the same browser tab.
The problem occurs in an inconsistent manner at the client PC and is not reproducible in the development environment.

Could you please look into that issue?

That is hard for us to trigger an inconstant issue. I did not find a similar issue on our helpdesk.
There is a big chance the issue has been already resolved, and the best way to correct it would be to update DocuVieware to the latest version.

Could you please update your SDK to the latest version and tell me if the issue still occurs?
