SDK Overview
GdTwain ActiveX is an ActiveX TWAIN control that allows developers to easily acquire images from devices such as scanners, cameras and capture cards. GdTwain ActiveX can be used within any 32-bit or 64-bit Windows development environment that supports ActiveX components, including Visual Basic, REALbasic, Visual C++, Delphi, Visual FoxPro, PHP, ASP, MS Word, MS Access, MS Excel, WinDev, PowerBuilder, .NET languages like C# and VB.NET, and many more. GdTwain ActiveX works with Microsoft Windows platforms: 98, NT4, ME, 2000, XP, 2003 and Vista.
