GdPicture JBIG2 Encoder Plugin is a royalty free & thread-safe extension of GdPicture.NET which allows to read & write JBIG2 images.
It supports single and multipage JBIG2 format and adds support for JBIG2 compression in PDF Documents.

Just call the SetLicenseNumberJBIG2Encoder() method passing your license KEY as parameter:
