Is there any way to jump straight to a specific page of a new multi-page image (PDF in particular)? At the moment, if I call DisplayFromFile(..), and then DisplayPage(2), the first page will be displayed briefly before flicking to the 2nd page, which is slow, and confusing to the user. This is great, but I'd really like to be able to recompress images to JPEG2000 format. This doesn't appear to be a supported PDF compression option. Is there any reason for this, and is there any possible workaround?
