I use the 9.1 version I use several Scanner (Canon DR-X10C, Canon 9080C, Canon P-150) and i have the same probleme. Hi Using TwainAcquireToGdPictureImage function in 8.5 and 9.0 version tmpXXX.tmp empty files are created in c:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Temp\ after lots of scan (~30000-40000) the scan process became very slow When manually delete this files, the process go normal speed.
