Hello,
Could you, please, provide us some details how OCR engine automatically maximizes performance when we pass ThreadCount equal "0" to the GdPicturePDF.OcrPages method? Does it mean that OCR engine tries to process different pages of the document on separate threads?

Hi,
I'm joining this request. We would also like to be able to search using regular expression. It would be great if you could integrate it with DocuVieware search snap-in.

Keystrokes
Hi, I would like to ask about a complete list of keystrokes available to use when viewing documents opened in your web viewer. For example, I noticed that I can use arrows, home, end, page up, and page down buttons for scrolling page in the viewer panel. I wonder if are there also any keystrokes for...

We are expanding our ASP.NET MVC application for viewing documents stored in our eDMS repository. In next release we are planning to add a few custom annotations. This involves adding a few buttons. Apart from these new buttons, we would like to preserve all built-in annotations. I would like to kno...

Re: Annotations - keep recent settings
I'm picking up this topic since we would really like to get answers to posted questions. In our next release we are planning to implement many improvements in the annotations area of our web document viewer. Idea of keeping recent annotation settings is one of them.

Re: Issues with TWAIN acquisition on IE
I would like to return to my previous issue with "Access is denied" on Edge. Your suggestions about adding http://localhost to the Intranet zone didn't work for me. However I found out that it is related to the localhost loopback. I learned that Edge treats localhost as Internet site (not ...

Re: Issues with TWAIN acquisition on IE
Thank you for the previous reply. I would like to clarify one more thing related to the TWAIN acquisition since I didn't anywhere find this information. Does the TWAIN acquisition work when I configure my ASP.NET application to run over HTTPS protocol? During my tests it turns out that acquisition d...

Keep viewer session alive
Hello, I am building an ASP.NET MVC5 application for scanning and viewing documents. One of our app's features is a possibility to remain users logged in even if no activity is performed. I would like to know, is there a simple way to refresh DocuVieware session using the JavaScript API? To be clear...

Re: Hyperlinks in DocuVieware
Hello, I would also like to get more information about support for external hyperlinks. Internal links (which navigate to different place in same document) work very well. However, when I have an external link (which targets to another website) it is rendered as a clickable text, but after hitting o...

Re: Issues with TWAIN acquisition on IE
I've updated my SDK to version 12.0.58. Issues that I described in my previous post do not appear any more. Unfortunately, I still have some troubles with TWAIN on Internet Explorer and Edge browsers. In general, when I open the acquisition dialog, I get information that TWAIN connector is not insta...
