Method '~' of object '~' failed - error

I am getting a run-time error "-2147417848 (80010108)' - Method '~' of object '~' failed" when I use the PdfOCRCreateFromMultipageTIFF command but ONLY when I run the command in my Visual Basic compiled .exe file. I DO NOT get the error when I save a multipage Tiff file with OCR using the Visual Basic IDE. I am running the .exe from the same directory as the Visual Basic code and the .exe was just compiled so I don't think it is a rights or version issue.

I am unable to reproduce this error. Could you write a basic application reproducing this behavior ?
