Problem with license keys

Dear sirs,
we have bought three developers licences of GdPicture Pro Imaging SDK. I have tried Sample VB.NET version of Twain scanning. When I entered correct license key the version became 'Licensed'.
I have started new project in C# and tried to do the same (axImaging1.SetLicenseKey("1234567890...")), calling axImaging1.LockStat() function returns false-Not registered ! There are two controls on my form, Imaging and GdViewer. I have used same function (.SetLicenseKey()) for both controls in Form1_Load event.

GdPicture Pro 5 - Imaging ToolKit (Safe) ver 1.7.0.0
WindowsXP SP3, VisualStudio 2005, Framework 2.0, C#

What am I doing wrong ?
