Created PDF is blurry

Just mentioning to see what insights there might be.

I have the Tiff to PDF conversion working.
So far the original Tiff have been 200 DPI - Black/white tiffs. 8.5 x 11
After converting, program closes image in the viewer and then does a Viewer.Displayfromfile to view the PDF

The PDF image, at the same zoom (Fit to viewer) as the tiff, "appears" blurry.
If I zoom in far enough the image is no longer blurry.
If I print, TIF and PDF to my eye they appear identical.

I played with the Viewer Quality - did not seem to have an impact.

I think the blurriness would get to me after looking as the images afer a little while.

The PDF's do not appear blurry in Adobe Reader.

The blurriness is also apparent when using the sample program Document Viewer to Open both PDF and TIFF .

This problem should be resolved into GdPicture.NET 6.1.4. Please, update
