pdf/a problem

hi Loic, recently i buy gdpicture.net document suite. I create an application to convert automatically every scanned document to pdf/a compliant for the italian commerce autority. but when i send a pdf/a to a test application i got this error:

The pdf contains incosistent document information.
details:
creation date mismatch between documentinfo and xmp metadata.
document information not properly defined.
properties in XMP metadata are not properly defined.
XMP property neither predefined nor defined in extension schema.

do you know what's they mean?
i create the document with: create pdf from file with ocr, setting to true the flag for pdf/a generation. the pdf seems ok, the text is correct detected by copy and paste from acrobat reader.
