Add single pdf into a pdf multipage

Hello Loic,

It's posible add one file pdf (single) into a other pdf multipage?

I see examples on the forum but there's convert pdf into tif using the property PdfCreateFromMultipageTIFF. I have a problem with this property beacause return one error "+GDI".
