We're starting to test our application on more machines and one of the Dell machines with XP on it has a program called JASC PaintShop Photo Album installed. When I make the call to TWAINOpenDefaultSource it pops up a dialog asking where JASC should store the images. If I allow it to scan the JASC grabs the image and stores it and my program never sees an image. Is there a way to prevent this other program from taking over?
Thanks,
George
JASCPaintShop problem
Re: JASCPaintShop problem
Hi George.
Unfortunately we can't do anything for that. The JASC PaintShop Photo software seems to intercept all twain communication to pop up his forms. maybe you have a way to configure this software to avoid this behavior.
Kind regards,
Loïc
