Deskew error on 9080C

We scanning with a 9080C scanner and getting an error that says the document is deskewed (-4710). I can't find the error anywere in the documentation for the scanner and/or any TWAIN website. The customer said the last software used didn't generate this error using the same physical scanner. I checked to see if there is something we can turn off int the UI of the twain interface and adjusting the way it handled skew (roller and/or software) didn't make a difference and we got the same error. Any ideas?

No idea. This error doesn't come from GdPicture.
I have two DR9080C in my office, we scan thousand pages every day but we never got this kind of message

Maybe you can try to disable double paper paper double-feed detection ? We already got some troubles with this feature.

Do you know how to disable that feature on the scanner? I agree, didn't think this was coming from your software at all.
