Hi,

I suspect an out of memory issue.

Please could you try to reboot and start the program again ? If the problem persists what is the value returned by the GetStat method ?

With best regards,

Loïc

Hi,

I am unable to understand why it works with driver UI on and don't work with driver UI off. Maybe a TWAIN driver problem.

I can suggest you a last option: acquire directly to file using file transfer mode. This can be done using the TwainAcquireToFile method instead of the TwainAcquireToGdPictureImage.

With best regards,

Loïc

Hi,

I really think your TWAIN driver is buggy.
The file generated include a kind of BMP header + only black pixels. The communication between the lib & your scanner seems perfect but the scan returns invalid data. Unfortunately I can't do anything else :(

You can check your scanner TWAIN compliance using the Twain sample Application provided by the twain.org team from this link:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/twain-samples/files/

I am almost sure you will have similar bad result using this app.

With best regards,

Loïc
