Dear Loic,
one of our customers want's to convert binary TIFFs created with GDPicture.net into PDFs. He gets an error ike this:
C:\c42pdf>c42pdf R0000001.002.tif.ORIG -o ausgabe.pdf
Processing single file R0000001.002.tif.ORIG.
Error! Image contains multiple strips (as this is a comparably rare feature). c
42pdf is not able to handle these (partly because it would cost too much perform
ance).
Solutions: Configure scanner driver to produce single strip images or use anothe
r method (e.g. tiff2ps + gs, see http://c42pdf.ffii.org/docs/FAQ.txt) for (pre-)
conversion.
Is it possible to change the number of stripes in a Tiff-File using GDPicture.net? I can't make the PDFs directly, because it is the workflow of our customer.
Thanks,
Harry

No answer in 6 days?
Isn't there any possibility to save the TIFF as single-strip TIFF?
Or convert a multi-strip TIFF to a single-strip TIFF?

Hi there,
We don't offer this option through our SDK. We never got any customer request for this issue, but I add the feature on our wish-list for future investigation...
Kind regards,
Loïc
