64bit scanning on 32bit app, 64bit Windows

We're excited about the native 64-bit support in v7. How far are we away from PDF creation for the 64-bit enviroment?

Do we need a native 64-bit version of GDP to scan with 64-bit TWAIN drivers? I assumed so, just want to make sure there ins't a work arround for 32 bit app to scan with 64-bit drivers on a 64-bit Windows machine.

Hi,

First PDF creation is available in all our 64-bit release. We are just missing PDF rendering & PDF reading feature. This should be solved at the beg. of 2011.

For TWAIN scanning, yes, in our 64 bit release we use 64 bit TWAIN DSM which manages pure 64-bit drivers. There is no work-around...

If we use the pure 32 bit version and install on a 64 bit OS, can we continue to use a 32 bit scanner driver? Is it possible to install 32 bit drivers on a 64 bit OS?
