7.3 - ThumbNailEX + .Net 4 Error

After Upgrading to 7.3 I get the following Error when I try to use a ThumbNailEx Control with .Net 4 - 7.2 works fine btw:

uploaded a project where I get the error - just open the designer or start it

using 7.3 Dlls - Framework 4.0 - vs2010 & vb.net

the 7.2 Ones work fine though
