Is it possible to use TWAIN to acquire 10 bit monochrome images? I have a scientific camera that supports TWAIN. 8 bit images work fine, and any higher bit images are reduced to 8 bit.
Thanks!
GdTWAIN and 10-bit images
Hi,
The gdtwain native image model supports only 1bpp, 4bpp, 8bpp, 24bpp, 32bpp, 48bpp & 64 bpp pixel format.
However, for the next release I will add a TwainAcquireToDib() method which will returns the original DIB bitmap returned by the twain device. It is a low level function but if you are able to edit DIB bitmap it can be usefull.
Best regards,
Loïc
