Hi all,
I'm using GdPicture v.8.1 and I'm trying to enable drag and drop in a GdViewer only on a rectangle area (previously drawn).
Handling the GdViewer.MouseMove event I'm able to know if the mouse pointer is over the rectangle area, but I can't set the DragDropEffects.
So, the DragEnter and DragOver events occur only one time and they does not allow me to know the current mouse position, so I can't set the DragDropEffects.
Is it possible to allow drag and drop ONLY over rectangle area?
Anyone can help me?
Michela

Re: Drag and drop over rectangle area
Hi Loïc,
sorry for my bad english, I try to explain better my question.
It would be easier show you a "video"!
Let's try again!
I set the property AllowDrop = true in my GdViewer control.
The effect I get is that all area of this control allows DragAndDrop operation.
I would like that this effect was only when the mouse pointer is over the rectangle area (obtained with GdViewer.GetRectCoordinatesOnDocument).
Thanks for your support.
Have a nice day!

Hi Michela,
unfortunately this is not possible. You have to try to find a workaround by code.
