PDF-Viewer shows white page

Hi,

we have one customer with problems displaying pdfs in the viewer.
He has two applications, that use the viewing part. With one app, the pdfs look fine,
with the other app, just a white page is shown (same pdf-file!).
We can not reproduce the problem on our side so far.
We think, it might be a memory-problem, even so the pdfs are rather small (less then 1MB), but the one application uses a lot of memory.
Is it possible, that the viewer shows white pages, if it runs out of memory? Or what kind of problem could result in this?
Is there any chance to trace/debug the viewing-control to get more information?
Any help is appreciated.

Hi Oliver,
have you had any luck with this problem? I have the same problem which seems to be linked to some fonts in the PDF. For eaxmple: When I use the font "Tahoma" nothing is displayed, when using the font "Arial"...everything is ok.
