Adding Predetermined Text/Stamp to PDF

I have a text block that I need to add to a pdf with minimal user interaction. The text is formatted as follows:

Company Name
Address
Project
Purchase Order No
Drawing Subject


I would like to put this on the pdf without the need of the user to resize the box/stamp. However, the user will need the ability to relocate the stamp on the pdf. Is this possible?
