Read Text from PDF

How do i read selected text from following PDF file.
1.PDF with 150 DPI
2.PDF with 300 DPI

Could you provide more information about what you are trying to do?

Also I would suggest you to have a look on the reference guide that contains some snippets and in the Document Viewer demo application shipped with the package that shows a way to extract full page text or text from a region of interest.
