Geneirc Error in Print Method
Hi,
I am often getting generic error while print the document.
Initially i load the printer settings from DB to GDPicturePDF.
Then i call the print the method in GDPicturePDF.
After i am getting generic error on GDPicturePDF.PrintGetStat() method.
I don't what should be the exact issue?
I am using VS 2010 and C# windows application..

To investigate such issue we need the input document + a code snippet that reproduces the error.

Now we are using GDPicture 8.5
When post tickets,they asked us to upgrade the GDViewer version to 9,
What should we do?

Hello,
We do maintain only the latest major release. You can still share the document with us by providing a code snippet that we will test it with the V9 to provide some insights.
In case you need to get an upgrade offer or to check if you are illegible to a free upgrade, just create a ticket of the "sales upgrade" department of the helpdesk.
