PaletteGetColorsCount returns 0

Hi

For jpg 24 bits color image, PaletteGetColorsCount returns me 0.

ImageID = oGdPictureImaging.CreateGdPictureImageFromFile(FVCF_ImageTampon)
Trace(oGdPictureImaging.PaletteGetColorsCount(ImageID)) => give 0

Why ?

Because your image has no color palette.

Isn't palette color the same thing that the colours count of the picture ?

Hello Greg,

We don't have such feature to count the number of unique colors in a bitmap. That said, we have implemented it for the next medium release that will be published within 5 days max. The name of the new method will be "CountUniqueColors()"
