rotate PDF page and save it?

Can this be accomplished without PDF plug-in? I hope so!!

imgPath:=c\temp\mytest.pdf

Step 1
gdImgViewer.DisplayFromFile(imgPath)

Step 2
gdImgViewer.Rotate(ROTATE 90)

Step 3
gdImgViewer.SaveDocumentToPDF(imgPath)
->Here I get error saying GdPicture XMP/Annotations Plugin: This option has not been unlocked!

Using v9.4007 in Delphi 7, Win7 x64

Hello,

The proper way is demonstrated in the page manipulation demo coming with the installation package (available in C# and vb.NET).
The doc imaging SDK + the PDF plugin are required to accomplish this.
