Post by rpicilli » Mon Aug 26, 2013 11:18 pm

Dear Loïc, how are you doing.

I've the following situation.

In my development PC (Window7) all works file. I've created an application that scan pages. I'm using the same scanner in both PC (Developer and User PC). Into the workstation as soon as I click on scanning buttom I get the following error.

Error Code: TWRC_FAILURE
Condition Error: TWCC_OPERATIONERROR.

I have the same Twain_32.dll and Twain.dll in both computers.

Any help will be very apreciate.

Thank you

Rogerio

Hi,

You need to check that you have the Twain drivers and the DSM installed. Please follow the steps in the following link:

Hello SamiKharma, first thank you for your fast answer.

Could you help me on how to use the TwainDSM? I download the files copy them to the windows\system32 but I thing I´m missing something. I´ve read some information into the site sourceforge but honestly I do not understood anything at all.

What I do not understand either is the fact that in my develop PC all works fine and I don´t have the TwainDSM.dll there.

Regards
