GdPicture 9.2 - Views pdf file is in Blank

I have a license of the GdPicture 9.2. I'm trying to open a pdf file and is viewing in blank.

I'm trying do download of version most recent of the GdPicture 9x, but I'm not getting to find.

Can help me ?

You won't be able to download GdPicture 9.2 because it is outdated and the whole GdPicture 9 branch is now legacy and the only revision available is the latest that has been published, GdPicture 9.4.14.
Contact us via the technical support platform and we will give you a download link for legacy products.

I did a request for to download by technical support of version GdPicture 9.4.14.

In relation the pdf that sent by link, do you have solution ?

This PDF works fine with GdPicture.NET 9.4.14, I don't know what solution we could provide since it works as it should.
