Highlighted annotation missing on PDF print

Using GDPicture 9.4 to print PDFs. When I print, strikethrough annotations are printed correctly but highlighter ones do not print

Is there a setting to enabled printing of highlights?

I'm using the Print or PrintFit method but have tested using the Document Viewer sample application you provide and I get the same results
