Annotation control in ASP.net

Checking annotation sample code in asp.net .Almost all are done by using javascript .
Is it possible to implement annotation page by using server code (c#).
Is there any Dotnet control for implementing annotation in ASP.net.
so i can simply drag control to page and implementing all things by using server code .

Hello,

We do not provide (yet) webform controls in GdPicture. For web development in client side we currently offer the ActiveX/COM edition that works only in IE.

What I can tell so far is something really, really exciting will be available soon, probably before the end of the year.
