Rotating Image Leaves Black Border

After rotating an image and saving, the resulting image has a black border. What functions do I need to change its color or transparency?

Hi,

You need to use the Rotate function called : RotateAngleBackColor
In it you can specify the color of the resultant addition to the image due to the rotation.
