Scanning process never ends

Hi all,
I'm trying GdPicture in order to use it in a big customer, but I'm having problems when doing TWAIN scanning. Basically, I'm able to open the scanner program I have installed in my latop, the scanning process starts normally but an image ID is never returned in the following line code: oGdPictureImaging.TwainAcquireToGdPictureImage(this.Handle).

Is there any workaround to solve this problema? I really need to have a working sample in order to convince my customer for buing GdPicture.

Finally I was able to work with another scanner and everything looks good...know I'm digging into advanced features in your product. I will probably post more questions in the forums related to GDPicture advanced usage schenarios.
