GDI 9.4 Release Notes Question

I'm not sure where to post or ask this question but we are having an issue that may or may not be related to GDPicture 9. This process "CtxTwnPA.exe" starts but does not stop. We are using version 9.4.11, I did not see any details on the bug fixes but does the latest version for GDPicture 9 solve this issue? I'm currently working on a way to remotely start and stop the process but so far unsuccessful. Thanks in advance.
