Remove colored box from Image

Hi
How can i remove red box (doted and solid) from image.

I try swapcolor but results are not good.
_gdImaging.SwapColor(xColoredImageID, xPixelColor, System.Drawing.Color.White, 80);

more threshold (%70)

hi image format is tiff.
Chrome is not show it, but iexplorer shown it
