PDF with annotations does not print

Hi,

I have a PDF that would print before annotations were added, but doesn't after. When trying to print, I get the message "The document could not be printed" and then "There were no pages selected to print.".

I am attaching the document. Can you tell me what the issue is?

We see this issue when we try to print from Adobe.

Do you create this PDF with GdPicture ?

No, the PDF comes from Crystal Reports.

Ok, sorry, I should have been more clear. The PDF is generated by CrystalReports and it prints fine. It's only after we add annotations using GDPicture, we are having issues with printing.
Will you be able to look at the attached PDF and see why the annotations are causing issues with this PDF?

We are not able to reproduce the problem starting with this latest PDF. Could you tell me exactly how we need to add annotations and save the modified document to obtain the printing issue?

Unfortunately, it is not very consistent. But once we run into this issue, removing all annotations does not make the file printable. I was hoping you would be able to look at the PDF and know what the issue is.

Here's how we add annotations:
_viewer.AddPolygonAnnotInteractive(DefaultToolBorderColor, DefaultToolBorderWidth, DefaultToolBackColor, DefaultToolOpacity);
_viewer.AddFreeHandAnnotInteractive(DefaultToolBorderColor, DefaultToolBorderWidth, LineCap.Flat, LineCap.Flat, DefaultToolOpacity);
...

Here's how we save the annotations to PDF
_viewer.SaveDocumentToPDF(stream);
