Nikon RAW is not using whitebalance information of the .nef

we are using Version 10 of GDPicture.NET. Opening a Nikon RAW file (CreateGdPictureImageFromFile), the result doesn't look fine. It seems that informations of the .nef file like whitebalance etc. are not used to show the image. in the preview of Windows and other Image-Viewer the file is looking much more better. Please have a look at the attachd screenshot.

Sorry about the late answer but there is obviously nothing we can do if you do not provide the file for us to work with.
We can't even try with the latest release just to know if it is already fixed or not if you do not provide the required material.
Can you please at least share the .nef file you are using?
