PDF Layers

I have a some single page PDF's, which contains several layers. One of the layers is a bitmap image. I need to convert the PDF's to TIF images to be used by another process. When I try to RenderPageToGdPictureImage I get a generic error. I do not know if the PDF contains a bitmap or which layer it is in. I manually found and removed the bitmap layer using Adobe PDF, then it works OK. I cannot find a way of removing the layer with GdPicture, I have tried ExtractPageImage but that does not seem to work as the bitmap is in a layer. Can this be done using GdPicture!

Hi,

Layers management will be supported in GdPicture 12. That said, you should be able to render the image without getting a generic error.
Do not hesitate to open a ticket on our helpdesk in order to share a document that is not rendered correctly using our latest version.
