Edit Region, keep aspect ratio

I added a Region to GdViewer. Now I want to edit it with the mouse, but keeping aspect ration. How can I do this?

What do you mean by "I want to edit it"?
I don't see the link between a region and aspect ratio so further explanation would help.

The region will be displayed as a rectangle. I can move this rectangle and change its size with the mouse. Now I want to keep the aspect ratio of this rectangle, when I change the size.
Do you understand?
