Icon Formats

Hi Loic:

Your imaging tools continue to be outstanding. Thanks for the addition of JP2 in the latest upgrade.

The one format that has been overlooked is the icon format. Regardless of the image quality when converted to the icon format it is always 16 color icon - 4 bit. I have a project where I need to convert 32bpp - Alpha channel PNG's to 32 bpp - Alpha channel icons. I understand the icon format is a bit more complicated because of all the possibilities but it would sure be nice to have all the icon formats available including XP 32Bpp with Alpha, ICL (icon libraries) and the Vista 256 PNG compressed icon format as well.

In any event... keep up the great work. Your imaging software is the best value in the marketplace today by far!!!

Thanks for your feedback about our SDK.

I'll try to add this feature for the next V 5.2 release which will be available in a couple of weeks.
