Hello! I have the following error.
I already set the timeout to -1 WITHOUT success.
Attached error image. This error occurs within 20/30 seconds of opening the viewfinder.

We're seeing reports of similar messages as well. Using version 14.0.77. We've tried -1 and also a really large number for the Timeout property, no effect. It isn't consistent either. We are using ASP.NET State Service as the Session Manager. I don't see anywhere to configure additional properties on the viewer.

Hi,
You should first try to update to the latest release. If the problem persists, you will have to check the way you are handling session data, especially if you you have disabled sticky sessions.
