I have a customer who gets stuck in an endless loop when attempting to install the TWAIN driver MSI. This is the error log. We have removed the driver and attempted to start fresh with no luck. What can I do here?

Re: Reconfiguration success or error status: 1602
Hello,
Apologies for the late reply.
We did not reproduce the issue on our end, and while looking to our support, no one seems to have this issue.
This issue (code 1602) mainly means the MSI is corrupted, infected, or blocked by another program.
Could you please try to download it again and install it in order to check if the downloaded MSI is not corrupted?
If not, another program may block it. The best would be to try the installation without any other program launched.
Best regards,
Fabio
